Meet The Team
Dr Roshanak Amrein
Principal Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Roshanak Amrein (“Dr Rosh”) graduated from University of Adelaide in 2000 and has been focusing on cosmetic, aesthetic and laser dentistry since taking over Adelaide Cosmetic Dentistry in 2007.
She leads a dynamic team of enthusiastic and passionate individuals who always have the best interest of their patients at heart. Dr Rosh, as she is known by her patients, is committed to continuing dental education and using the latest technology available. She promotes a philosophy of minimum intervention in all aspects of cosmetic and general dentistry and is a strong advocate for patient education.
Dr Rosh is married to Andre and they have two teenage boys. In her spare time, she tries to build a stronger community in her neighbourhood, and she has also published two volumes of poetry.
Andre Amrein
General Manager
Andre joined the Adelaide Cosmetic Dentistry team at the new Hyde Park practice in 2020, after overseeing the development of our boutique practice. Andre holds a Master of Business from UniSA and a Master of International Relations and has previously work at senior marketing and international development roles within government, as well as several innovative technology start-ups. So, if you need a contract reviewed, invoice paid, website developed, AdWords campaign optimised or a projects feasibility assessed, Andre is here to assist.
Jasmine Vikor
Oral Health Therapist (OHT)
Jasmine is an Oral Heath Therapist. Jasmine completed her Bachelor of Oral Health Degree at the University of Adelaide in 2016 and prior to completing her degree, she was a dental nurse, assisting with implant surgeries and nursing in general dental practices. Jasmine has 14 years of experience in the dental industry which gives her a fantastic knowledge and understanding of patient care and all aspects of dental treatment. Jasmine takes pride in her work and truly cares about patient health.
Monica Hafer
Treatment Coordinator
Monica is our treatment/practice coordinator and joined us at the beginning of 2019. She has had over 7 years of experience as a dental nurse and has completed Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2012.
Stefania Gentilcore
Dental Assistant
Stefania graduated as a Dental Nurse in 2020, and she is driven by her passion for and interest in all things dental. She has a friendly and positive approach, which makes this line of work perfect for her.
Stefania’s greatest satisfaction about being a dental nurse is the diversity that the role brings and the range of patients she meets. She is delighted to see the newfound confidence in patients after having their smiles transformed.
Sophie Tormena
Dental Assistant
Sophie completed her Cert lll in Dental Assisting in 2020 and has been with us ever since. Sophie enjoys working in a progressive and innovative work environment and especially loves the variety of work – from proactive patient education to preventative dental care, including seeing the many positive outcomes from assisting with babies and toddlers’ treatment through to complex cosmetic dental procedures. Sophie’s bubbly and caring nature helps patients feel at ease.
Alicia
Myofunctional Therapist
Alicia is our Orofacial Myofunctional therapist. Myofunctional therapy is like a personal trainer, but the focus of treatment is on the face and mouth, with the goal of working to normalising the muscle tone, posture and function where needed. The four goals of myofunctional therapy include 1. establishing nasal breathing, 2. improving lip seal, 3. correcting tongue posture and 4. correcting improper swallow patterns. Alicia is passionate about airway and sleep health, working with both children and adults to help improve future health outcomes.
Jinny Bradbury
Dental Admin/Sterilisation
Jinny has been a fantastic addition to the Adelaide Cosmetic Dentistry team, and brings a fun, focused, friendly energy to practice. Jinny balances her studies with time assisting on the front desk and with sterilisation.
